It covers everything you can do on this website: booking an appointment, sharing your details and medical history, subscribing to the newsletter, rating your visit, and the analytics and advertising tools that run on the site only with your consent.

The data we collect

We only collect data that you actively give us or that is technically necessary to process your request. Depending on how you use the site, this includes:

• Booking form: your full name, phone number, email address (optional), gender, date of birth, preferred branch, and how you heard about us.
• Medical history: the health questions in the booking form, described in detail in the next section.
• Images: up to 6 optional photos you choose to attach, such as X-rays or photos of your teeth.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser type (user agent), stored with each form submission for security and abuse prevention.
• Newsletter: your email address only.
• Visit ratings: a score from 1 to 5 and an optional comment, submitted through a personal invitation link we email you after your visit.
• Cookies and tracking data: described in the "Cookies and tracking" section below — and only after you accept them.

Your medical data — a special commitment

The booking form asks about health conditions that matter for safe dental treatment: diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, chronic diseases (with details), current medications, thyroid conditions, allergies, and pregnancy or breastfeeding. You may also attach X-rays or photos of your teeth.

This is sensitive health data, and we treat it accordingly. It is used exclusively by our clinical team to prepare for your appointment and plan your treatment safely. It is never used for marketing, never shared with any advertising or analytics platform, and never sent to any of the tracking tools described below — under any circumstances.

How we use your data

Your data is used for a small, clearly defined set of purposes — and nothing more.

Emails reach you from info@dental360eg.com and are limited to what you would expect: a confirmation of your booking request, an invitation to rate your visit after your appointment, and — only if you subscribed — our newsletter, which includes an unsubscribe link in every issue.

• Handling your appointment request and confirming your slot at the branch you chose.
• Preparing your file and treatment plan before you arrive.
• Responding to your questions and inquiries.
• Improving our services and the website experience.
• With your consent only: measuring and improving our advertising campaigns, including building remarketing audiences.

Cookies and tracking

This is the section that matters most to many visitors, so we state it without ambiguity. Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load a set of analytics and advertising tools — but none of the advertising tools run until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner.

When enabled, these tools receive standard usage events only: which pages were viewed, the fact that a booking form was submitted (just the submission and the branch name — never any of your answers), clicks on our WhatsApp, phone, and email links, and newsletter signups. We never send prices, payment data, or any medical or personal form content to any analytics or advertising platform.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
• TikTok Pixel — measures our advertising on TikTok.
• Snapchat Pixel — measures our advertising on Snapchat.

Your consent choices

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks you to choose. "Accept all" enables the analytics and advertising tools listed above. "Essential only" means no advertising pixels run at all, and Google Analytics 4 operates in cookieless consent mode — collecting only aggregated, anonymous signals without storing cookies on your device.

Your choice is stored in your own browser (in localStorage, alongside your light/dark theme preference) — not on our servers. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on your next visit so you can choose differently. How tracked data is shared

When — and only when — you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner, the tracking events described above are shared with the advertising and analytics platforms we work with: Google (Analytics), Meta Platforms, TikTok, and Snap Inc. They receive these events together with technical identifiers they set themselves, such as cookie and advertising IDs, device and browser information, and your IP address, and they may process this data on servers outside Egypt under their own privacy policies.

We use what these platforms measure to understand which of our campaigns work and to build remarketing audiences — for example, showing our ads to people who have visited the site. We never sell your personal data, and choosing "Essential only" (or withdrawing consent later) stops all of this sharing entirely.

• Shared after consent: page views, the fact that a booking form was submitted and the chosen branch, WhatsApp/phone/email clicks, and newsletter signups.
• Added by the platforms themselves: cookie and advertising identifiers, device and browser details, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
• Never shared with any platform: your medical history, form answers, uploaded images, names, or phone numbers.

How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and access to medical information is limited to the clinical and administrative team who need it to care for you. No website can promise absolute security, but protecting your data is a responsibility we take seriously.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data online. Children are always welcome as patients at our clinics — a parent or guardian simply completes the booking on their behalf.

Changes to this policy
